Can we rent Seashore Magic in the Summer? Seashore Magic rents most often for spring, winter and fall getaway weekends. It is typically available a few weeks each summer but these go quickly as soon as the owner opens them up on our calendar. Please email us if you would like to be on the mailing list for these openings as they become available.

How large is Seashore Magic?: It is large enough to sleep roughly 8 people.

Where do we park?: Please park in the street when possible – additional parking instructions will be sent prior to check in.

Amenities that may need repair during your stay- Seashore Magic has a great deal of electronics and equipment, such as routers, cable TV, multiple stereos, water pumps and speakers galore! These items receive much more use than those in a typical home. We buy quality items, keep them maintained and buy service contracts on them, but unfortunately they are not immune to breakdowns and occasionally need repairs.  We try to keep spares of some items, will call repairmen immediately, but will NOT provide refunds if an amenity is not working due to circumstances beyond our control.

Tenant Rating System - Much like a buyer's feedback and customer rating on Ebay, we leave feedback and customer ratings for all our guests at vacationtenantscreen.com and with Experian and other tenant screening sites.
In an effort to foster repeat customers for all of our homes and reward those who are the best all-around to work with, the cleaning staff and property managers meet and rate each tenant on a scale of 1 to 10 upon check-out. Those with the highest ratings are offered private sales, short notice specials, deep discounts in advance of new property openings, and other valuable benefits.

Check-out is at 11:00 AM – We note this in several places because we often have new guests arriving the same afternoon and our staff and scheduled service technicians may need every minute to get in and get their work done. Guests staying beyond 11:AM – without advance permission confirmation in writing - will incur a late fee equivalent to another day’s rental charge and our staff will help you gather your belongings to expedite departure.  A late check-out to 5PM is sometimes available for 25% of the daily rental rate, but only when arranged, paid for in advance, and confirmed in writing.
